We had Faud from Appliance Aid come and repair our Washer. Faud was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and caring of our situation. The washer was fixed in a timely matter and we are very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Faud for service and would call him again for any other issues. thanks susy
