We had an old Majestic gas insert fireplace with a pilot light that wouldn't stay lit. We've had problems before with this fireplace's pilot light and with the fireplace not lighting when turned on. We called a few places and once they heard it was an old Majestic fireplace they weren't interested. We called Jeff and he warned us it might need new expensive components. When he came over he spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting the issues and got the fireplace working. It's been a month and so far we've had no issues. Thanks for the great work Jeff!

We called Len for advice with regards to our old boiler. We had also been considering to change our old water heater tank for a tankless model. After talking with him we decided to change them both for a combi boiler, a tankless water heater and boiler in one small package. His installation team came and carefully took away our old boiler and tank and worked hard through the day to get everything done. They made sure we were happy with everything before they cleaned up and left. Len called the next day to make sure we were happy with the work and that the combi boiler was working as expected. Len has gained a lifelong customer!
