Builder only knows how to grab money from people. even in this pandemic situation, who set prices for 460K for 2 bedroom townhouse? its 50 unit project and in this whole project only 3 units are set to 460k and which is way too high.. because of this kind of builders, we have to shortlist properties by price , but not by 2 or 3 bedroom property or commute.
