Had maple hardwood flooring throughout main floor (kitchen, dining area, living room, foyer), and incurred a dishwasher leak, damaging approx. 200 sq. ft. Total Image offered to replace the damaged area and refinish the entire main floor (approx. 900 sq. ft.), but also suggested an option, which I initially resisted: vinyl floor planks. I had visions of 1970 linoleum. How wrong I was! Jim suggested we visit his store, and we were astounded by the variety and quality. We brought home some samples and decided it was the way to go. A realtor friend also told us that such flooring is now the option of choice in many higher-end homes. The installation was done on time, and the guys who did the work knew what they were doing. They were polite and did not mind that we had decided to camp out in the upstairs part of our home while they completed the downstairs work. We could not be happier with the end result. Go vinyl planks: they're waterproof, pet-proof and look amazing.
