Not only did Ethan discover that we could have the cost of the $300 replacement part covered under warranty (14 years later) he also provided efficient and friendly service that got the job done! He notified us when he was 30 minutes away which was GREAT and arrived in our scheduled window of time. In just over an hour, our shower woes were finally over!
