Honestly, a horrible experience from start to finish. Told us they uploaded the drawings to the City to start the permit process... timestamps show that didn't happen until almost two weeks later. The City came back to Deep twice for pre-screen corrections, and one time we can see that 11 days lapsed between the request and when Deep submitted the necessary paperwork. What should've been a smooth process was anything but. With several resubmissions over omissions and mistakes, we were slowed down tremendously by work that should've been done correctly the first time. I would recommend choosing a company other than Orana - save yourself the wasted time, energy and money.

Great work from this company all around. Tahir was quick to respond and diagnose the issue, and Michael came out to the house to talk us through what we needed. The two installation techs were efficient, courteous and patient. We were impressed that they managed to fish the copper pipe through without needing to open holes in our bulkhead, and they were hard at work the whole time making sure everything was done to satisfaction. We will certainly enjoy our new air conditioning unit!
