The company started off the renovations good but soon employees not showing up for a day or two with no phone calls. The work was done in 2007 and in 2012 I discovered the hard way that corners had been cut in the plumbing area and 5 years of leaks ended up in flooding when a joint pvc piece of plumbing fell off and the main floor shower water drained right out into the basement bathroom through the ceiling. It turned out they didn't even glue the pipes together just pushed it in and it had been leaking for 5 years until the force of the water pushed the pipe out altogether. Also put electrical junction boxes in a drywalled ceiling with no access panel. Same issue with water cut off valves.

A connector piece of plumbing for the main floor drainage system fell off and all the water from a shower that morning leaked through and poured through the basement ceiling. As I had just finished a partial reno of the basement after mold remediation work had been done this was just devasting. I found McKenna Plumbing in the directory and looked them up on Home Stars and saw some good reviews. I called and them came promptly and did a great job for a fair price. They also pointed out some issues they saw up in the ceiling from a previouse reno (that weren't even plumbing related but safety issues). Did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Very friendly, efficient.
