My air conditioner was blowing very little air, so I gave Nick a call. I left a message and he called me back within 15 minutes, and helped troubleshoot my problem over the phone before setting up an appointment for the next day. When he arrived he diagnosed and explained to me the nature of the problem, showing me the gauges he was using and explaining what was going on and how he went about fixing it. He was very thorough, professional, and friendly throughout.
