Last year I had an extremely good experience with Cosmopolitan regarding installation of new Furnace and A/C. This year, I signed up for annual service and this has further strengthened by trust in this company. Mr. Hasan Ather, the service engineer was not only punctual ( proper calls for appointments etc) but during the whole process explained to me what things need to be taken care of. Why certain things need to be changed regularly. The impact on the systems. While we may not understand what they actually do, but if someone explains the process, somehow one feels much more comfortable that the system is being taken care of in a professional manner. Being new to Canada, we were not sure which company to approach for installing a new furnace and a/c for the house that we recently purchased. The old ones were more than 20 years old. We searched Homestars and approached Cosmopolitan and three other companies. We had nice experiences with all of them. But Paul from Cosmopolitan was a real professional. He explained in detail what could be the possibilities, why he was suggesting a particular company's product and model and how it would suit our budget and requirement. The one thing that differentiated him was that he did not talk negative about any other company. In fact, he was more focused on his company’s strengths. The other sales people were more focused on pulling down other companies. Paul, you really have a good heart. The installation team was great. Greg and Mike were excellent and extremely professional. When there was an issue regarding the path the new venting should take, Greg explained the various possibilities and each was taking care that our finished basement look was not affected. They were on time and cleaned up completely afterwards. If you are looking for quality work at reasonable prices, you must contact Cosmopolitan.

AC would not stop when the thermostat was switched off. Called up Reliable and the very next day in the morning the technician Leory arrived and replaced the faulty contactor. Very clean job and very courteous. Also gave a good quotation for a new system (ours is more than 15 years old). Dave had called up earlier to explain how much they would charge etc. Very professional.

Bought a house and wanted to insall wall to wall carpet in three bedrooms. Right from the first call to Mark, things moved extremely well for us. He came in for a free estimate at short notice period. Since we did not know much about carpets, he explained in detail the pros and cons of each type including the underlay. All this with samples. Mark was extremely helpful in deciding for us the best carpet without pushing any particular type or brand. The installation was done very professionally and with great care. We had not moved in yet so we just left it to the person to do the installation and then came back to see the results. Everything was cleaned up. We are so happy that we got in touch with Mark and will always recommend his services to anyone. He is a thorough professional and it was a please\ure working with him. Thanks a lot Mark.
