Dear Ben, It has taken me too long to write you this letter, but as I sit in my new kitchen to write this, perhaps the wait will make this letter even more meaningful. For the past 4 months we have been enjoying our home in a way we could have never imagined. This is thanks to to the incredible work your Company has done to transform our home. From the moment we got to meet you, we had the immediate confidence your trades would be the best in the business. Not one of them disappointed. What amazed us most, was the care each and every one of them took to ensure our job ran completely smoothly and efficiently. There was always someone to talk to, and the renovation jitters we had so greatly feared, never materialized in even a slight way. I wanted to give special mention to Larry whose management skills were outstanding. We also wanted to mention your office staff. They were courteous and polite from the very first phone call.
