Great experience from initial meeting to clean up. Professional, courteous, on time, on budget, and a pleasure to deal with! Finally, the work was spot on as I am very fussy as a GC on my process and how I like the walls to primed, painted, etc. They got it and knocked it out the park as their prep work was excellent.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** Staff were unprepared & didn't properly wear PPE due to covid. Didn't send the quote, completely wrote my email down wrong. Their quote listed parts that reaked of a improper activity (where they replace parts which were not part of the existing problem just to make extra money), service manager was outright hostile when advise of improper PPE, requesting a refund for poor work for diagnostic work. Finally through Viking I determined that another company I called verified that only one part was required to fix our oven. Finally to add one more insult, they sent another quote for double the money plus the inclusion of the improper part. They were not knowledgeable. Be aware of this company.
