Texted Kevin with regard to my Horizon CT 5.3 treadmill to which he promptly responded. He mentioned that he would have one of his techs – Chris contact for an appointment. Chris texted requesting for an appointment which we scheduled for today. He turned up on time, checked it out & got the necessary adjustments…bingo its up & running as good as NEW!
