My wife and I were hoping to replace two of our balcony doors and do a flat roof repair on one of our balconies. This meant that we needed two contractor companies working tandemly. Unfortunately, the window and door company that we contracted first failed to show up on the date they promised to and left us without any doors at all and a completely demolished balcony... It was a complete headache. We looked for another contractor company, and Comfort Windows & Doors came to our rescue. Julian (the company president) and Melanie (the customer support/installation coordinator) promptly set up a quote, organized the factory orders, and had our doors ready in no time. Ramesh with his crew came on time, as promised, and had our new doors installed while coordinating work with the other contractor company working on the roof. Ramesh and his crew did their work very diligently, quickly, and had great attention to detail. Upon completion of each door installation, Ramesh showed us the final product and made sure that everything was in perfect shape before they left. They even swept our driveway in front of the house! It is second time we have used services of Sam. Our refrigerator suddenly stopped working. We called Sam and he came same day, even so it was a very late night. He took time and repaired a broken part in our fridge. It's been working even better now than before. We are very grateful to Sam for his quick response and an excellent job with this repair. God forbid if something happens again with our appliances, Sam is our man to call for help.
