I had issues with my washer and I didn't know who to call. I made a couple of phone calls to places until I came across Same Day Appliance, was so helpful. Artie came and repaired my washer that was having issues. Very professional, friendly, respectful and a great guy. The washer works fine, was explaining to me everything that was going wrong with it and answering questions to help educate me with what's going on.

I had issues getting my calls returned from the company that installed my doors - left a voicemail and online requests. I waited more than a week and gave up. I called Mega Garage Door and was pleasantly surprised that not only do they answer their phones (a good business practice), but they had someone available to go to my house right away. We weren't home but gave them the code to the garage. A beneficial man named Steve assessed the situation, kept me up to date, confirmed that it was working, and rode off into the sunset.
