I am appalled by the customer service of this company! I hope this review will turn away many new customers once they know how rude and unprofessional this company is.
I hired them late October 2021 to fix my fridge and paid $980 for the fix plus diagnostic fee. Now July 2022, only 9 months after the fridge broke due to exactly the same issue (not cooling). When I called the company back to help me resolve the issue, the guy on the phone was extremely rude and said that warranty is only 90 days and I have to pay again if I want to fix it. I mentioned that I paid almost $1000 to fix it last time and at least he can do is to send a technician to inspect the issue to confirm if its the same. He said no way and when I tried to ask again he hang up the phone on me. Yes, he hung up on me!!! Can you believe it?!!
When I called back after a few minutes to see if we can work it out, he asked what kind of fridge I have and when I said Viking, he said that I shouldnt bother him with this or ask for warranty, because I have $20k fridge and I should swallow to pay $1000 or whatever it takes to fix it. This is
beyond rude and disrespectful! He doesnt even know my situation or the circumstances I have this fridge.
Reading some of the recent reviews, its common for technicians of this company to misdiagnose the issue, which is most likely the reason in my case, when such an expensive part and repair lasted only 9 month - it had to be misdiagnosed in the first place, but now they dont even honour their service or stand by their diagnosis. The guy on the phone told me and I quote: good luck go find someone else I dont need you, I have many other customers , when I said I am quite upset with their service and I will be writing this review and also contact Better Business Bureau.
I only seek a fair resolution of this issue, knowing that I paid almost $1000 less than a year ago, I think I deserve better customer service than I received.
