Derek's tree service responded promptly to my request and were able to do the job fairly soon thereafter. The primary job of pruning a medium-large honey locust tree was done skillfully. They also pruned two small trees and ground down an old stump. I am pleased with the end result. I was less satisfied with some of the communications, the care walking about my gardens and the cleanup. Overall they did a good job.

I am very satisfied with VM's replacement of my one broken wooden fence post. These guys responded promptly to my Homestars search and were available to do the job within a few days. Mike and Kyle were polite and considerate. They persevered when they encountered a problem that took extra time to resolve.

They replied almost immediately to my service request about a clogged drain near the basement floor. There was accumulated grease from the kitchen so the water was not flowing at all. On the phone Dean outlined how he would fix the problem and how much it would cost. He came within a few hours and fixed the problem in a short time. All communications were clear and personable. I will call them again for any future plumbing needs.
