The Scavolini product is excellent...but don't expect any service from Dekla after installation...they don't have a reliable service department. Took several months to get someone to realign a cabinet that had fallen off, then "service" guy damaged another cabinet in process. Can't get anywhere with them. Been 8 months and waiting. Note I wasn't looking for free service....just service.
We live in an old Toronto house and have had issues with our drain over the years. Drainworks is part of my plan to keep the drain in perfect working order without going through an unnecessary and stressful and potentially much more expensive sewer backup. Scheduling and completion of the service were flawless. Thank you.

Our major Reno was completed about 6 month ago. I never heard of nor had any contact with the individual's mentioned in the other reviews. My experience with Tom ( te owner) and his crew was 100% positive. The work was completed on time and on budget. His crew and the suppliers he brought in we're all courteous, respectfully, punctual, and reliable. The workmanship was outstanding. It was overall a positive experience and we would not hesitate to use Design 2 Build again. I highly recommend their services.
