My oven didn't heat up so I tried to fix it by resetting it myself, which somehow made the door latch not locking properly. So I called Appliance Wizards for help. Dimitri came in and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He suggested that I should consider changing the control board, and gave me a quote but was never pushy. I called him back when I decided to go ahead with getting the part replaced. He came in on time and fixed it fairly quickly. Overall I highly recommend this company. Their service is great, reps are friendly and professional, and price is reasonable.
