I am happy with the work that was performed by Boonstra's engineers, who were knowledgeable and helpful, but felt the service elsewhere was lacking. We were without AC in mid-June and wanted to be kept updated on a replacement part status and when it could be installed - we were told multiple timeframes and promised a call when the part came in, neither of which came to fruition. Eventually, we called in to get an update and found that the part had been received 2 days prior - not impressed.
