Our Kitchenaid fridge Stopped cooling. We called Delroy and he was able to come out right away. Delroy was very friendly and knowledgable about the products he works with. He confirmed the issue and gave us a couple of options and was very upfront about the fact that the fridge couldn't be repaired 100% and trying to do further would be just delaying the inevitable. We decided to cut our losses with just the service call fee. A new fridge is in order, Delroy was able to give some advice on which manufacturers to consider. An honest and friendly guy, we'd call him again if needed.

My experience with Magic Touch was wonderful from the moment we met their Home Show representative to the minute they finished the job. We had our fire place cleaned in April by Richard from Magic Touch. Richard was very personable and knowledgable. He provided information about my fire place, including helpful tips for its operation. He made sure to keep the work area neat and clean, there was no trace evidence from the cleaning at all when he left. Would definitely recommend them.
