While we are quite happy with the windows themselves, the workmanship was horrendous. We had 7 windows replaced, and the 2 guys were in such a rush to complete the job in one day, that we were left with gaping holes in the interior sills (where posts had to be removed), exterior caulking that was either gobbed on or had voids (never mind being an ugly shiny opaque against black windows), and at least 2 missing installation screws in every window. I even had another tradesperson feel the need to point out what a terrible job they did. We had to have them back 3 times over a month, just to repair the work and complete the job. It was an overall stressful experience and really took the excitement out of getting new windows.
