We are not just new home owners but also new to Canada and our deck is over 8 years old and was put together by Bob. We were renovating indoors but somehow our outdoor deck ( which is stunning ) took a beating on one of the steps where the nails came off thus giving us a lose step. I called HHD North West and although I only got Bob on voicemail he not only came and looked at the problem ( we were not at home when he did it ) but came back with the right set of nails needed to do the job. To start with -- Bob really did not have to come cause there are a lot of folks currently keeping him busy with their decks but he made the time to come -- not once but twice and knowing that the job was really tiny and he could have just ignored us as he had done this sale 8 years ago. The result --- Bob is THE BEST and MOST professional and HUMBLE person I have met in Canada. He not only fixed the lose step but also guided us on what we needed to do next and was just so reassuring of how good people are yet around to do a great job. I know our deck will keep doing well cause its been put together with quality products and quality craftsmanship. Thank you Bob.
