We had Keen and his team update our carpeted stairs to hardwood and install the flooring throughout our main floor as part of our kitchen renovations. From the initial interaction through HomeStars through to the completion of the job we dealt with nothing but professionalism and a commitment to ensure we were happy with the work completed. The team was courteous and friendly. Happy to explain the process and the timeline. They would call if they were running late to let them us know they were on enroute and provided an estimate of when they expected to arrive. The kick plates for the kitchen were installed after the flooring was installed. There were two spots where the flooring was still exposed and Keen came back to install the additional plans without hesitation. Great group and we will definitely calling upon again when we need our flooring updated.

Moving is never easy. I have used Zaid before to move into my condo and I am glad I called home to move out and into my new home. Just like last time he was courteous, helpful and on time. The move took no time and he ensured I was happy at every stage of the move. He was happy to move items into the right room and did not hesitate to take apart the bed and put it back together in the new house. If you are moving you should definitely give him a call; I know I will the next time I move.

Moving is never easy. I called Todd as I needed the carpets cleaned in the townhouse I just bought. What a wonderful experience. I reached out to him using HomeStars and he contacted me immediately. The information he was able to provide was timely and accurate. I was about 10 days getting back to him but I did not get any pushy sales tactics. We agreed a time for him to come and he was there on time as promised. I have had my carpets cleaned before in my old house and was ready for “oh you will need to move that”; not with Todd. The place was empty but I had painters in and there were items I needed to move. Not only did he not complain about moving items he offered and moved the items for me. The job he did was amazing, when he left my carpets were new again. As he cleaned the carpets he was happy to show me the difference between sections that were clear relative to what needed to be cleaned. I asked the difference between doing it yourself and the equipment that he uses. The simple answer was the power of the suction and the heat of the water combined with the cleaning agents. The hose was connected to his truck and not a device he pulled/pushed around. I would definitely use his service again and would encourage others to at least give him a call. You won’t be disappointed.

We recently had Pesticon come in to, to help eradicate an insect infection. From the initial enquiry through to the service we received nothing but 5 star service. I understand why Pesticon has so many positive reviews. Everything they say, Mr. Ahmed does. He explained what time he will arrive and also took the time to call as he left his last appointment to let us know he was on his way. He was polite, knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through he process, explain what he was going and why he took the steps he took. It truly was a great experience. While I hope I will not require his services next year, if I do, I will have no hesitation in calling him.
