Valentin returned my call promptly, arrived when he said he would, was very courteous and patient with my questions, gave good advice and didn't recommend more work than was truly required. He and his co-worker covered nearby furniture so it wouldn't get dirty, they worked quickly and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The new valve and tap work perfectly, and he taught me how to properly prepare the pipe when winter comes. Valentin was also kind enough to spend an extra 5 minutes fixing a loose shower tap and provided me with some advice on other plumbing questions I had. The end price was very fair (there was no extra charge for the shower tap and advice and disposing of the dead mouse they found in the ceiling by the valve - yuck!!). Thanks Valentin (and sorry again about the mouse! How embarassing!)! I will definitely call Strong Plumbing next time the need arises.
