Steve is great. He made an accurate over the phone diagnosis of the issue and gave me an estimate of the work to be done. He also brought the required parts with him so only one call was required. A very personable professional, and a pleasure to have him working in my home. I would use him again for sure.

My experience with this company has been excellent starting with the sales rep Bob Fertile. Bob laid out the costs clearly and explained rebates that were available to me. Installation crew were excellent. I had a call from the company the day before installation to confirm their arrival and they were here earlier than estimated. They went right to work and were gone in 5 hours. The took the trouble to lay down carpet protection on the route to the furnace and cleaned up the site perfectly. Excellent company to deal with

BEWARE!! The guy showed up and had no idea what he was doing. Kept leaving the house every 15 mins or so to speak to someone on his cell phone. Left without finishing but not before scratching the door of the unit and driving a screw up through a new countertop. I got an entire $50 for my "inconvenience" but not before having to sign a waiver. You cannot speak to the owner and the staff that you can speak to are useless. Apparently their reputation with the BBB is terrible as well. Wish I had checked here first. Someone needs to put these guys out of business

My aluminum chimney liner failed in a heavy wind. Summit arrived within a couple of days and replaced the liner very quickly, and also corrected other venting issues. left me with a much better installation. Excellent workers, left job site very clean. Hire these guys!

Darren and his team were great to work with. They showed up quickly to do the estimate and left a very comprehensive package of information and material samples with me. The job was scheduled well ahead of expectations and the installers did a fabulous job. They removed all the old material from the premises and left everything very tidy. Darren (the owner) even popped by a couple of days later to inspect the work. Very professional team and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
