Steve and Jeff are the owners and will take your deposit money and will not fulfill their contracted obligation to complete your fence. Mark is the sales person and he will be nice, answer all of your questions, but once the contract is signed and company has your deposit money, he will give you the run around. You will be told that it takes 3 weeks to process the order through the manufacturer. 3 weeks will pass and you will be told by Steve that it's actually 6 and you should have never been told it was 3. Then you will be told that they are busy and short staffed. Steve will never return your phone calls. You will have to call him again and again and continue to hear excuses about why there is a delay. This is a new company name for them. Their previous company is also reviewed on this website. Other people's reviews are the same. However, we were fortunate to get our money back after a great effort on our part. Be careful and don't use this company.

Work was done in 2010. We had just pruchased the home and the air ducts had never been cleaned. Top Line showed us what was in the air ducts before and after. They explained what they were doing and why. The whole thing was very quick and painless. They were very polite and did a good job - thank you! My only word of caution is that if they try to sell you an air filter - don't do it. It's cheaper to get it elsewhere.

Porch needed stone repair and replacement. We met with other contractors, but only LF Builders were able to do an exact match of the 2 types of stone that we needed. Other contractors could not match the stone and came in at double the price. Staff and installers at LF Builders were all friendly and easy to contact via phone. Unlike some contractors, they will also call you back when they say they will. Work was done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to others.
