There was an issue after a home isnpector identified a problem that could have been a deal breaker on the sale of our home in Brampton. Repaired and provided the necessary back-up by emailing pictures of the completed task . The structure is now more sturdier than it was when it was new . Be aware , if you deal with a middleman/salesman , you are paying the guy who comes to your house to tell you what you get from Leroy , first hand ! NO MIDDLEMAN MEANS LOWER COST ! I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat , to a mother-in-law or any other hard to please individual . Make sure you check these guys out if you are in the market . I did residential inspections for local utility for over 30 years and LBP eating and AC are the FIRST I ever saw do a manifold pressure check and temperature rise as a matter of course.. !!

Zim Roofing has resolved our issues in a courteous and professional manner. The issues were small but valid nonetheless and it turns out the problem isn;t with Zim but a single contractor whom we had the misfortune of dealing with. It looks great and my confidence has been restored in both Mykola and Zim group. The contractor they sent was enthusiastic and eager to solve the issue...Thank you !!
