This company deserves an "11" rating. For a company to receive consistent top ratings time after time says a lot about its people, its product and its customer service. Galaxy's quote came in at a very very competitive price. Staff are knowledgeable and prompt. They provide a quality product, and workmanship is prompt, professional and they take maximum care of property (laid tarp throughout to protect my floors). Couldn't be more satisfied. During the process of buying our home, we were told by our inspector that we would soon require a new roof. We thought we could postpone this expense until next year, but with the first heavy rainfall, no doubt........our roof LEAKED! After contacting a number of roofing companies (some never returned calls), we decided that Toronto's Roofing & Contracting Inc. was ultimately the best choice. Terry personally answers his telephone and came out to visit our property the following day, which was a Saturday. We found Terry to be highly experienced and knowledgeable in his field, patiently answered all our questions and gave us in writing a very competitive price quote (and no deposit required!) with a detailed breakdown of what the job would entail, and a very early start date! Since there was rain in the forecast, we asked Terry if he could place a tarp on our roof as a precautionary measure before the work could be completed. Terry did so as promised, and did not charge us for this extra service. On the day of the job, Terry's crew arrived on time, were organized, and despite being a man short, finished the entire roof (including clean-up) in one day. Reliable and dependable ...... we highly recommend this company and the man behind it. Thank you Terry!!
