The movers did not take apart my bed (a queen sized wood frame bed) b/c they did not bring tools. The bed was damaged significantly and while I understand how the damage coverage works, the fact that they were negligent was not considered by the company. This company is a true example of the phrase "You get what you pay for". I would never recommend their services.
