I have been going to Joseph for all my computer related problems and each time is a learning experience as he is really willing to teach me and help me with my issues. This time was no different. I had purchased an Acer laptop from Fujitech around a year back and the warranty ran out around 3 weeks ago. Last week my computer crashed and kept getting a bluescreen. I contacted Acer (that's when I realised my warranty had run out), and they would not budge or help me with any further information as my warranty has expired. I took it back to Joseph and explained him my situation. I was surprised that he did not just put a blame on Acer. He diagnosed the problem which happened to be defective memory module. He called up Acer on my behalf and tried his best to have the memory replaced. In the end, Acer would still not budge. He then replaced the memory for me on his own (without even my insisting). This was indeed the best customer service I had ever experienced and I was more than happy to give him a tip for such an outstanding service
