Since I was so pleased with the quality of the custom shutters I purchased through M3 Design Group for my first house a few years ago I didn’t hesitate to contact them for my new house needs. Once again, Mike exceeded my expectations with regards to quality and service. All 3 of my windows had tricky circumstances that had to be considered and as such was worried I would not be able to have shutters installed on them. However, with Mike’s resourcefulness and creativity he worked around the complications and found a very sound solution. Not only was his price very reasonable but he stood by his word and ensured I had them when he promised I would as he knew I desperately wanted them installed by the holidays. I highly recommend M3 Shutters not only for their very affordable shutters but their stellar attention to detail and service. Once again, M3Design has made me a very happy customer.

Imran was truly top notch when it comes to quality of service and professionalism but it was only by chance and out of a bad situation that I was able to discover him. Imran took the time to explain the possible problems that I could face down the road because of the age of my insert but he also took the time to ensure I knew how to re-light the pilot light should it ever go out and put my mind at ease of all my gas fears. He also did some 'above and beyond' services that he didn't charge for. Whereas the previous serviced guy couldn't wait to leave and wasn't helpful, Imran really ensured I understood all issues and how to problem solve them should anything go wrong. I was truly impressed on all levels with Imran's quality of work and professionalism and look forward to having him now as our permanent and long term gas service person.

My custom made plantation shutters from M3 made a huge difference to the look of the house. Truly beautiful shutters and well made. Mike stayed true to his quote and had the shutters made within a week as promised. I couldn't be more pleased.
