We were having problems with our gas fireplace shutting off all the time on its own. We called in Imran, who had helped us in the past as well. He replaced the sensor and we thought that was the end of it. The fire was not burning as it should and Imran recognized immediately that we had a blockage in our chimney - though we were a bit skeptical, we kept testing the fireplace on warmer days (it was late winter at this point). He insisted there was ice in the chimney that just needed to melt. He followed up numerous time on the phone and came to check on the flame once or twice. After about a month of waiting for the ice to melt, voila! He was right and the fireplace has never burned so reliably. We purchased a remote control from him and that is such a treat! Imran didn't ask for a final payment until we were completely satisfied. Such a professional.
