Our Samsung washer stopped working on Thursday, February 18 at noon. We contacted Home Stars and had response in about 2 hours. The repair person was able to come that afternoon. He assessed the washer and identified the problem. Fortunately, he had the replacement parts with him. He was will to work on the washer that evening. He was able to complete the work in just over 2-hours.
