I have been with Gib-San for about 10 years now. I lived in Mississauga, and was having problems with the liner of my pool (because the quality of work was not done well). I contacted Gib-San, and they gave me a reasonable quote, and had the job done right. I found they had time to speak to me with any questions or concerns I might have had. I then started using Gib-San to open and close my pool. They always did a great job, and put everything away when they were done. I also had a hot tub that needed some work done to it, and again, Gib-San was more than willing to help me, in a very timely manner. Over the years, the crew have gotten to know my place, and myself. I love the fact that they are the same crew that comes to my house twice a year, and when I need extra help for service. I've also had the pleasure getting to know Jason and Taryn, who treat me as a valued customer, instead of just a client with dollar sign's. I have just recently moved to the country, and have a pool there as well. It was missing the hot tub, so I obviously went to the Gib-San retail store. Molly was most amazing! She found me the hot tub I was looking for, AND.......saved me money in the process. While I was there I said I was looking for a BBQ, and again, Molly was very knowledgeable about what would be my best fit. While I was there, I commented that I was moving to the country, and because I don't trust anyone else looking after my pool needs, I asked if they would still come and service where I'm going to be. To my delight, they said they would be able to! When the crew came to deliver the hot tub and BBQ, they spend the time making sure the tub fit right, and gave me instructions on how to use the tub and the the special features about the BBQ (which they put together). Now that's customer service)! Unfortunately with the hot tub, there was a malfunction with one of the components. Both Molly and Jeff were so quick to get it fixed for me, that it was within 48hrs. Again, excellent customer service. To sum up, I trust Gib-San and all their employee's with my water needs and their honesty and knowledge. Thank you! KIMMIE
