Terrible company, very unreliable and extremely untrustworthy. I met with Camille in July of 2020 for a large interlocking project I wanted done in May 2021. On July 25, 2020 I gave my initial deposit and we signed a contract indicating work was to start on May 17, 2021. We scheduled the 2nd deposit due for March 15, 2021 as Camille said she needed to order materials by then, before the price increases. I contacted Camille on March 10, 2021 to provide the 2nd deposit and she informed me she was out of the country and would contact me in April, which I had no issue with. On April 10, 2021, I became concerned that my project would be delayed as she still had not reached out to me by that point. I reached out yet again and when she finally replied to my message, she had indicated that the prices have increased and she would not be honouring her signed and written price indicated in the contract. To say I was frustrated would be a large understatement, but despite all of this I was willing to let it go and remove some materials by re-adjust my interlocking plan so that we could make it work. Camille scheduled a meeting with me to discuss the plan further. 20 minutes before said meeting she cancelled on me. At this point I had had enough and demanded my initial deposit back. I can't understand for the life of me why a company would go so far out of their way to save a few bucks. It was very evident from Camille's lack of communication, unwillingness to honour her word and refusal to honour her price that she did not want the job. Good job DCD Landscaping on trading dollars for dimes. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family what a nightmare it was trying to work with you. Never has it been so hard for me to spend $15,000. To anyone reading this, please don't waste your time and money on thIs company, there are plenty of good landscaping contractors out there who are honest, reliable and will honour their word.

When we Signed the Contract in July, it was not a Deposit, it was $500.00 to hold a date for you in May
In March, yes I was out of the country for unforeseen reasons and could not return to Canada before the Materials Price increase
Also, I did not foreseen the Lockdown, the mandatory hotel stay & 14 days of Quarantine which made me available until April 24/2021.Because of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, it took a heavy toll on Materials for Indoor & Outdoor Renovation prices, out of the 22 homeowners that we were scheduled to work at during the month of May expected an increase or change of Materials to their Contract, except you.
When I go out to meet a homeowner, I'm usually scheduled a 1 hour slot, occasionally, the homeowner would want an estimate on something else than the initial call, which was the case that day, I had the courtesy to call to let you know I was running Approx. 20 mins behind schedule, instead of just not showing up at all.
2020 & 2021 is a new adjustment for all of us, NOTHING is CERTAIN....there's jobs where I quote a specific Material, when I'm ready to set up delivery, I'm told it's not available to go out on the Delivery Truck, the homeowner is then put in a position to choose an Alternate Stone or increase the Price of a different Stone......COVID has taught us to compromise Shaan!!!
