Some painting in home. Excellent and quick. Showed up on time. Was clean. No mess after painter left. No touchups necessary. Helped me pick colors that were trendy yet tasteful. Very friendly.

Pre-lock has provided excellent service. Long hold times when you need to call to ask a question. But never had any issues as of yet. I highly recommened their services to other office owners and home owners.

- They showed up an hour late - which was already a big issue because of the moving elevator reservation times - they didn't give a crap! Then at 2:45 one of the guys actually said "we have to go, we have someone else booked that we will be late for" - excuse me? no one cared to be late to our appointment but being late to another is a problem for them? - one of the guys was rude - beyond rude - disgusting attitude. He made me and my husband carry almost half the products. - They actually said to my husband "we cant get your couch in the elevator so we are just going to leave it down stairs!" What!?!?!? So my husband had to go down and show these men how to do their job. Believe it or not - it fit. who knew. They were just lazy. - One of hte men wasn't as bad so my husband tipped him but not the other guy. - We offered them water and they left water botttles everywhere. They don't know how to use a garbage? .

The company expresses deepest regrets for any inconveniences caused during your move. You have witnessed the promptness the office acted with since your complaint was received. $35 was refunded with no hesitation in attempt to compensate for the inconveniences caused by the delayed arrival. We are upset because this incident is contrary to the type of work we do. It does not absolutely represent our 60 dedicated professional team members. We have already acted within strict disciplinary policy in regard to "the other guy". Moreover, we have fried and served for dinner all our movers to prevent further issues from occurring. It is to be mentioned that, notwithstanding the above, your crew finished the move within the estimated time framed and that your goods were delivered in good condition.
