I chose Encore based on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. The process was as easy as could be and the communication with Lauren (the manager) was easy and timely. I really appreciated the honest assessment of how bad my popcorn ceiling was and the truly flawless work Ben and his team did to smooth my ceilings and complete a full paint job (approx 900 sq feet). They protected everything, explained everything, and took care of a few minor touch ups I requested at final inspection. Basically, I handed them the keys and a few days later my condo was done. Lauren helped with colour choices too, which is something I am terrible at. I would not hesitate to recommend Encore to anyone looking for paint or popcorn ceiling removal.
