Kent at Knox was great to deal with. It is becoming the norm to be satisfied with me mediocrity and in my opinion poor to no customer service. NOT the case with Knox and Kent. I first found the website a great start. The site was informative and very easy to navigate. Then I called Kent on a Sunday, who answered at a family function. This would have been a very acceptable time to let my call go to voicemail. Kent came out at the scheduled day on time with a great price. My upper floor was at least 3 to 4 degrees colder than the lower with all the vents closed on that floor. My sons room was even more than that. Kent said that with in a short time after they sprayed my attic with insulation I should notice a difference. Well I tell you I put thermometers is a few rooms and low and behold the temps on the upper floor are the same to 1 degree lower then the bottom floor. If I even need any of the other services Knox offers they will be the ones I call. I would recommend them to any and everyone that asks or even brings up the topic. Thanks Kent
