So we purchased a Bosch microwave/convection oven from Appliance Canada. We waited three weeks from delivery to open it as it was being put into a new custom kitchen. When we opened it the whole front of the appliance where the Bosch symbol was scratched out. I called Appliance Canada right away and had to wait three days for a call back from a manager who actually got a receptionist to call instead and advise that we had 24 hours from delivery to call for any damage. I advised that it should be a brand new product I received and that policy is outrageous considering people don't open up appliances the day they get them and should not expect them to just to check for damage. If it is a new product, there should be no cosmetic damage to the product. The lady was nice enough but could not do much more for me as she was not the manager (who should have returned my calls in the first place). Now we are stuck going through Bosch who also thought the policy was odd and that there should at least be a 30 day return on damaged goods. Never buying from Appliance Canada again. Should have went with Caplan or Tasco. Tasco give 120 days from receipt of product.

I had a wonderful experience with EcoChoice. From the estimate received by Alan to the actual installation it was an amazing experience. Alan was knowledgeable and always available to answer my many questions. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to two other quotes received. The installation was done professionally and very clean. The installers were hard working, polite and accommodating. They cleaned up the areas as they completed the installation which minimized the dirt and dust. I would recommend this company as they were trustworthy, honest and reliable through the whole process. Lastly, the warranty provided is also one of the best I have seen. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.
