Three windows were installed to replace the 50-year-old windows in my condominium apartment in Toronto. The new windows are great–good sound barriers, insulators and beautiful white framing with sash openings. Gene, the salesperson was very helpful , friendly and interested in our concerns and in meeting the standards of the building. Miguel and Cricket did a great professional job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones. When asked about maintenance and how to clean the windows, they demonstrated how to do things. Clean-up was thorough and service was polite and efficient. Many thanks to all!
