Dale and crew did a great job on the roof but the chimney crumbled and they never came back to shore up or repair. Keep calling but no answer and they don't return messages or emails.

We have done about 6 jobs on your street and were recommended to you by one of your neighbors who's job we did as well. As you will recall we had stated that we knew a guy that could quote you on your chimney and we would pass along your number. My apologies if he never contacted you, but that can hardly be blamed upon us. You were very pleased with the roofing job and we also fixed your eavestrough at no cost. I do not think a 1 star review is fair considering how happy you were with your roof replacement and the job done by the Rycon roofing crew.
