UPDATE: They called after this review and apologized and asked how the could rectify the situation. Good customer service is all about communication, they did credit back my service, so I might give them another chance. Very disappointed with the service by this company. I had new sod and they cut it way to short even after requesting that they cut it at 4" per recommendation from sodding company. Every week there was an issue. This week they only cut part of the lawn. When questioned they said they can't cut the rest due to pet waste that would wreck their machines..really? I would have been happy to clean up the pest waste had they communicated this was required, or knocked on the door to ask me to do it so they could finish. All I got was a text saying they cut my lawn no explanation as to why it was not finished or requesting that I pickup the pest waste the night before.
