Hamed , shazi and Ali are the best. Hamed and Shazzy did heat pump and water heater and HEPA filter. Ali is the best electrician

I am having a worst customer service experience from the manager in Sodhi furniture. I bought almost 26000 dollars furniture worth for my home . The sales guy was great and helped me all the process when I bought on August 2020.2 months before I notice in one of my sofa there were 2 holes on the side of the cushion. I technically called the sales guy and he informed me back the photos . I sent it . Today I got a call from the manager of Sodhi furniture who started saying that we cannot fix it and he told that he I have to report these thing within one week of purchase . I told him that on may , I found this problem and reported it . He was getting rude and saying that the owner is also not ready to address this and claimed that he has 45 yrs experience in this field. I told that when I bought the furniture , I paid the money that u have priced it and hope that the furniture is new and the delivery guys has to be careful when assembling it . He was getting rude and rude that he don’t want to listen to the complaints . I think these type of shops should be get closed or audited by the government to check the quality of the products .. I will not recommend to anyone to buy the furniture for their worst customer service

Regarding your complaint against our product you bought on 11th July 2020 via Invoice No.Y-1152 Sofa Set Model No.1807 which was delivered on 17th August 2020. If you can read our bill it's clearly maintained that you have 7 days time for, check in and if you find anything damaged you have 7 days to report it. Today we are sitting in July 2021 and after one year you found that hole which is not justifiable at all. However, if you can bring that sofa at our warehouse, as a gesture of goodwill, we will try our best to fix it.

We also want to highlight that your behavior towards our staff on phone was not professional, you used abusive words and that is not acceptable. Again, we request you to please speak nicely with everyone and we are here to help you out at our best.
