It was a very rainy, unusually warm, Saturday in January when I noticed water pouring from the eve on the side of my house. I called Shine, and Daniel picked up the call. Even though it was a Saturday, with zero notice, he agreed to help me. He said he’d be over in 45 minutes! He informed me of the charge, which was more than I have usually paid,” to have the eves on my bungalow cleaned, but due to the circumstances, I was more than happy to pay it. He arrived on time as promised, set to work, and cleared the eves of buckets full of soaked leaves, cleaning everything up when he had finished the job. Thanks to his kindness and excellent work, I can now rest easy knowing rain will not flood my basement as it runs off via the downspouts vs. over the side of my house. Daniel’s service is an 11 out of 10!!!!!

I had a plumber flood my bathroom floor and adjacent carpeted family room as he unplugged my downstairs toilet. He left the mess behind him and said it was my problem to deal with. I called Oliva carpet cleaning after reviewing ratings on Homestars, and reading comments posted. Service was EXCELLENT, from my initial call for help, through to them completing the job. Not only did they replace underpad and clean the area that had been contaminated, they cleaned the entire traffic areas of the carpet free of charge. They were on time, polite, respectful, and considerate, and did an absolutely fabulous job. I highly recommend this company.
