Just wanted to say how great this company was today! Booked a new furnace with Rod a week ago and had it scheduled for Monday installation, however our old furnace died on Sat in the early morning in below freezing temperatures. Rod came over the next morning and loaned us two heaters to get us threw the night and moved our install to SUNDAY morning instead at no extra cost to us. Great installers, very punctual, cleaned up , put down cloths to protect our floors... hardworking! Bonus was their price was a bit lower than other quotes we got also. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is shopping around for a new Furnace!

Just had 9 windows replaced by Window Land and am very happy with the results. Arrived on time and did good quality work. Everything was cleaned up and even my curtains and shutters put back! Will be getting them back next yr to do the rest of my windows. (4 brick to brick and 5 retro fit.)

A few mistakes initially with helping me decide on door choices and last min being told couldnt get door handles I had picked out. Was resolved at day of installation. Doors and windows look great. Very happy with installers. Very professional, punctual and friendly. Cleaned up mess and used carpet runners threwout my house. One WISH is that they could have re installed my wires for alarm system. Now I need to call another company to re connect. ( Had two front doors done 2 yrs ago from another company and they connected with no problems. ) Update : 2 yrs. later my door which I paid $3700 shattered into pieces. I tried contacting GEM re their warrantee 13 x's and 3 email Only to get the run around. didn't get customer service at all from this company. Apparently not a warrantee issue, unlike what the fancy book they give you says... Not to worry you are covered for up to 10yrs with all glass. Due to their poor customer service I have to give them a lower rating as I feel they did nothing to help me.. just avoid my calls until I emailed the BBB.
