Front and rear storm doors

Parts missing, installer not helpful. Told missing parts were chargeable but upon seeing photos of installation GEM agreed to replace at no charge sending more experienced installers (three) to correct the mess left by the first installer.
We have in the past been very satisfied with GEM but disappointed this time but pleased with their desire to resolve our complaint

Talk about great service!

Moving & Storage review in Toronto

The handle on our screen door had broken off after many years, so we went back to Gem to order a replacement handle, but Jim quickly went to check at the back and came back with a spare one and gave it to us for free. Talk about customer service! Over the last 20 years, Gem has always provided us with excellent products and services, and we highly recommend them!

Absolutely Outstanding

Toronto

Where to begin! First off Paul was amazing! Answered all our questions, followed up promptly with answers. Price point was amazing and made suggestions for the final design . We visited the showroom everyone was super nice and willing to help. Megan was great in dealing with payments ...and finally the installers killed it.. spent the whole day installing to the finest detail. Ziggy and his team worked without breaks to get the job completed and THEY EVEN CLEAN THE WINDOWS! THIS company from start to finish was fantastic! Thanks to all the wonderful people at GEM!

Strong knowledge, skill and follow through

Taz and Vince were very good to work with. Taz knew her products and was quick to communicate and manage expectations. Vince did an excellent installation and refined finishing job of our metal glass insert door. We would gladly work with them again and recommend them to anyone who wants quality work.

Gorgeous New Windows and Door

GEM was wonderful to work with starting with our initial consult with Paul, all the way through installation with Robert and team. We were consulted and educated along the way. We are THRILLED with our Gem Windows and Doors! From first contact to last, our experience has been exceptional. Our salesperson Seymour worked with us to establish a desirable plan and his attention to detail was appreciated. The quality of the work and the work ethic of our installer Taras was most impressive. He went above and beyond to finish the job ahead of schedule and prior to a pending storm. Windows

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Toronto

This is the second time using Gem Windows and Doors as part of a 3 part plan in replacing windows on a 100 year old home. The windows selected suit our Tudor style home. Gem allowed us to keep our internal leaded glass windows to maintain the look of the home. We were very happy with the installation and external finishing trim. Thank you Joe and Mike. We are looking forward to 2022, when we complete our 3 part plan with the remaining windows. Bravo to the whole Team at Gem Windows and Doors. Gina and Tony

Today’s vinyl windows are high-tech, ENERGY STAR approved, double and triple glazed, painted with a host of accessories such as brick moulds and interior jambs. Aluminum windows are efficient and thermally broken. They have found their way back to residential homes, in addition to commercial uses. Of course, GEM can also supply wood windows and fiberglass windows. Hybrid windows can be either aluminum clad wood or vinyl or even wood-vinyl composites. GEM is now a distributor for Mastergrain Fiberglass Doors, the leading fiberglass residential entry door. Of course, we carry complete packages of insulated steel doors and wood doors. Don’t forget our fire rated products and commercial doors! Modern homes are utilizing doors that could be considered walls! Lift and Slide Doors can be built in sizes only dreamed about, as can Bi-fold doors and multi-track stacking doors. We must not leave out a full complement of patio doors which GEM offers! A great door requires a great screen and GEM has the pleated retractable and roll-away screens you need. GEM has storm doors to meet your custom as well as standard requirements. Quality Window coverings include a host of blind and shade styles. These are not only the hand operated types but include both hard-wired and solar powered units that raise and lower at the push of a button. GEM also offers interior partitions, interior doors, shower enclosures and glass enclosures inside your home. GEM can manufacture and install railing, canopies, solariums and porch enclosures!
