Very disappointed. There were a lot of hurdles to get through. First not the right size of windows, than not the right amount. No lock for glass sliding door, had to request it. The workmanship was good, but I was under the impression that there would be more insulation in new front window. Basement windows. they finished all the trim on all the (5) windows replaced but one. Ignored us after bill was paid. Paid before job was done. No walk around to make sure we were happy

We are very happy with the service we received from the salesperson to the installers. Everything went smooth from start to finish. The installers were clean and polite. It was a rainy day, they covered all the floors and stairs to the basement. We would definitely recommend them.
