We recently had our windows replaced for our whole house, brick to brick installation for almost all of them. After obtaing several quotes from many different companies, we decided to choose Clera windows, and we are very happy with our choice. A big part of that choice was their sales manager, Frank Altieri. He was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. Their price was very competitive too. After the initial contract was agreed upon, Drew, the installer, came to the house to measure again. He was also very pleasant and was able to answer all the other questions I had as well. The installation guys were amazing too. They were very knowledgable, professional and helpful. They started work promptly each morning and even finished the very large job ahead of schedule. Frank followed up very well before, during and after the job was completed. He was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns that came up, as was Drew and John and Corey. We are very pleased with the end product. The windows look beautiful from the inside and outside. Our friends have commented that the windows look great as they drive by too. We are very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Clera windows, Frank, Drew and their guys to our friends and neighbours. Thanks again everyone!
