Originally I had some problems with the tech that attended for a furnace fix. I complained and eventually my complaint was resolved to my satisfaction by the owner. so they did fix the furnace and I was satisfied with the customer service at the end of the day.

They sent ill equipped employees to attempt t clean my residential windows. They were negligent with their ladder - knocked over and broke a planter urn and then scratched up the railing off my deck with the same ladder. All told damage to my property was over $150. When I called to complain, they were laughing at me over the phone. Eventually a "manager" told us there was no "evidence" that he damage was caused by his employees (this despite us seeing them knock over the urn and placing the aluminum ladder against the deck railing - the scratches being the exact width of the ladder - not a coincidence). He even asked us if we had video cameras on premises - as in "I'm working from the presumption that you're not being truthful". So in conclusion, avoid this company - terrible customer relations and a terrible company. There are lots of window cleaning companies out there - play it safe and go with a different company

What anyone wants in a deck company - timely, attentive, high-skilled, friendly, clean, patient, respectful - Geoff and Co. are all these and more. We had a complicated project, requiring a variation application, and Geoff was there to assist as he could all the way. Post construction service was incredible, beyond expectations. Thanks very much you guys. Could not be happier
