We were looking to install counter tops for the kitchen and all the bathrooms for the house. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was neat going to the back and being able to pick your own slab. They had a lot of selection and the prices were reasonable.
I have a brand new house with a brand new furnace. At the 1 year home inspection, we noticed at two places in the furnace duct work, that it came apart at the seams. My guess was that it was a bad install. Anyways, it was under warranty and we scheduled Arpi's to come by and they quickly fixed it. Even gave me a roll of foil tape so that I can seal the duct seams to prevent heat leakage.
As part of our new built home, we were to receive a tree provided by Wheatland Trees. During the summer, they came as requested, and planted a tree... they however, planted a different species tree compared to the one what was ordered! After some emails back and forth, they admitted their mistake, but tried to convince us to keep that tree anyways. No I don't think so, it was not what was ordered. They finally came and removed the tree... but they never replaced it!!!! Even though I called many times, they said they will replace it "in a few weeks"... but they never did. Now it is winter time and I will have to wait until next year for them to put a tree in. BOoo!!!
We bought a white leather sectional from this company. It had to be ordered from China and took several weeks (we already were told that when we ordered). Overall they were very helpful and the price was good. We are very happy with our sectional and it looks great!
Built a Cedarglen home in Panorama Hills. It was out first home and it was mostly a good experience. We were able to negotiate on price quite a bit (we stood firm on our ground) and they've done a good job. A few minor things here and there, but were quick to fix it. We've been here 1 year now and no major problems. Only issue was that our liason was terrible at returning our calls or emails.
